Know Which Sites Attract and Retain Customers
The overall ranking in each industry category shows which sites are most likely to attract and retain the interest and loyalty of customers. You can see at a glance which sites are providing the most effective user experience.
- Response time. Measures how quickly visitors are presented with the complete home page, including objects, JavaScript, Flash and any third party page components. Tables and charts display the speed of each site relative to its peers.
- Availability. Measures the percentage of time the web site is accessible. This measurement includes the ability to reach the web site from multiple locations, and complete page rendering in a browser within a given time period (maximum of 60 seconds) without error.
- Stability. Measures the uniformity of the customer experience. A low number indicates consistent performance, i.e., a dependable service with only rare errors or outages.
