AlertSite's SLA (Service Level Agreement) Performance Monitor measures SLA compliance, correlates errors across locations and monitors true uptime, protecting your business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
URLs are tested simultaneously as often as every five minutes from multiple cities around the globe. Real-time alerts are generated if page errors or performance problems occur.
AlertSite's flexible notification policies offer many ways to send alerts—depending on which site, application or server is in error. Alerts can also be routed to different teams during off-duty hours.
