AlertSite Extends Focus on Profitability with New CFO

New CFO to Ensure AlertSite's Continued Achievement with Its Financial Operational Objectives

COCONUT CREEK, FLA. - July 25, 2005 -AlertSite, a leading provider of Web performance measurement, systems monitoring and security vulnerability scanning products and services, today announced the appointment of Joel Richardson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Richardson will oversee AlertSite's day to day financial strategy and management and take an active role in making sure that the company continues its focus on profitability.

Prior to joining AlertSite, Richardson, a Certified Public Accountant, served as Vice President and CFO of CyLex Systems, Inc., an application service provider of content and document management software. With complete responsibility for financial management and human resources, Richardson played an integral role in successfully raising over $25 million in venture capital through multiple rounds of financing and later, strategically positioned the company for sale to Ricoh Corporation.

Prior to CyLex, Richardson was responsible for developing and maintaining the accounting infrastructure and financial systems of successful startup, Hiway Technologies, which eventually grew to be the world's largest Web hosting enterprise. Following the acquisition of Hiway by Verio/NTT, Richardson was assigned primary responsibility for the financial operations of all seven Verio Web hosting locations worldwide.

Richardson is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
