Prepared for the Holiday Rush?

AlertSite Tracks Online Retail Web Site Performance

According to Forrester Research, online sales this holiday season will increase 25 percent over last year, with U.S. online holiday retail sales reaching $18 billion.

Between November 23-December 31 AlertSite will monitor and publish home page response times and availability for retailers such as Amazon.com, eBay, Wal-Mart, BestBuy and Toys-R-Us. The AlertSite Holiday Tracking report provides results for the previous day, and the holiday season-to-date. Observations are collected from six locations throughout the U.S. with measurements performed every 15 minutes between the hours of 6 a.m. and midnight EST, 7 days-a-week. View results >>

Do You Need Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance?

As a MasterCard SDP-certified security scanning vendor, AlertSite can provide online merchants with the required scanning to pinpoint areas of non-compliance and properly document PCI compliance once resolved. Retailers who fail to comply with security standards may face fines, restrictions or permanent prohibition from participating in the card acceptance programs. It is designed to support a correlated, real-time view of errors so that alerts are only issued when multiple, configurable, locations detect an error at the same time. Improvements include:
  1. Improved alerts.
