Ranking Top Ten Leading Flower Web Sites for Mother's Day
Over a two-week period, AlertSite measured ten leading flower retail Internet sites and tested them for availability and speed. AlertSite monitored each site over 11,000 times. AlertSite CEO Ken Gross analyzed the findings. "At first glance you wouldn't think there's much difference, but four seconds in a company's full-page response time is significant. Free Monitoring Accepted by Two Environmental Organizations
Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) and TerraPass have accepted AlerSite's donation of free monitoring for environmental organizations. "Our members and visitors rely on our web site to plan their zoo or aquarium visit, so we are thrilled AlertSite will monitor it and ensure our web-based services are always available and running at top speed," said Karen Spiak, Creative Director of the Media Production Center at WCS. Monitor Single-page DéjàClick Transactions
New plans are now available for monitoring single-page DéjàClick transactions. Single-page transactions have only one script action and include any associated redirects, frame sub-documents or asynchronous requests. ServerAgent News
The ServerAgent Comparison Report is now available as part of the AlertSite Performance Report suite. Compare the response time of one of your monitored sites to the statistics gathered behind the scenes by the AlertSite ServerAgent.AlertSite announces the release of ServerAgent Version 1.7.9. This new version includes the ability to check network connections at any specified host or IP address. This can be especially helpful for checking connections behind your firewall that are not available for outside inspection.
ServerAgent will automatically calculate disk block percentages for the Unix environment. As an option, ServerAgent will also check disk inodes. ServerAgent's reporting time span has been raised from one day to one week. Read more.
