AlertSite Reports incorporate a Dynamic Reporting Facility that enables you to create and modify reports whenever you want. Specify date range, level of detail, graphic display and drilldown capability. Customers can apply data filters so they get only the information they have an interest in.

The Report Scheduler can send reports at a pre-determined time and frequency to the recipients who require the data. Reports can be downloaded in a variety of formats— including XML—for inclusion in customer databases.

Monitoring Console
From the Monitoring Console, users can view the results of the most recent tests of sites, servers and transactions. The automatic refresh feature continually updates results. The Console also allows the user to modify reports by time and location, reconfigure the alert hierarchy and drill down from summary to individual events on a page.

Summary Reports
Summary reports provide an overview of all resources monitored, including web sites, transactions, servers, e-mails and security vulnerabilities. They are available via email on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Users can compare results from multiple locations simultaneously to determine overall uptime percentage.

Detail Reports
Detail reports allow users to specify different timeframes and locations, providing greater insight into the root causes of any problems.

Full-Page Reports
Full-Page reports detail all the elements and objects on a page, displaying results in parallel, just as they operate on the page. In addition to availability and response time, these reports show test status, IP address (for identification) and component response time.

Transaction Reports
Transaction reports provide detailed response data for every step of a transaction, displaying success rates and performance for each step. These reports allow users to track the course of a specific transaction as an individual navigates through a web site. The user can also conduct trend analysis to monitor performance of one unique step in a transaction over time.

Service Level (SLA) Compliance Reports
SLA Reports allow the user to set service level objectives for uptime, availability and response time. Actual performance is then compared to these objectives. These reports also allow the user to apply after-the-fact exclusion periods to adjust for maintenance downtime and other extraneous factors.

Comparison Reports - ServerAgent vs. Performance
Comparison reports enable users to see patterns and correlations between page and transaction performance data and the server usage metrics. Users can overlay response time of a DejaClick transaction script with capacity measurements of servers, memory, RAID arrays, applications, and other critical infrastructure measurements.

Benchmark Reports
Benchmark reports include market analysis, business and peer comparisons, and technical reports to complement summary performance reports. The benchmarks compare customers to their peers and competitors as well as industry averages. These reports are available in both tabular and graphical format.

Breakdown Reports
Breakdown reports provide a way to view performance from a variety of geographic and timeframe perspectives. These reports display a regional perspective or an hour-of-the-day breakdown.

Document Manager
The Document Manager maintains Performance reports, Load Testing reports and PCI Compliance reports, allowing customers to organize all reports in one place.
