We are currently seeking a Channels Manager to recruit and develop AlertSite partners, including ISP/Telcos, System Integrators and Value Added Resellers to increase revenue growth. The Manager will develop analysis, strategies and plans to recruit partners and develop new channels, and then execute those plans.

Responsibilities
  • Drive AlertSite Performance Monitoring Service revenue with partners
  • Market current programs and contracts that provide partners ability to resell the full range of AlertSite Performance Monitoring solutions
  • Work with partners to understand current offerings, and amend to include AlertSite Performance Monitoring services as part of core offerings or dedicated practice
  • Work with partners on account mapping, go to market strategy, and facilitating partnering efforts with AlertSite major accounts sales
  • Develop and facilitate marketing plans and events with select partners
Requirements
  • Proven success at building strategic business relationships at national executive level in either an Alliance or Sales role. Such a track record should include partnering with key players in the IT industry. Examples: TippingPoint, McAfee, SourceFire, Juniper, Cisco, BellSouth, SBC, Verizon, Comcast, AT&T, Siemens Business Systems, Accenture
  • 7+ years experience in product marketing, technical sales, sales engineering, business development or alliance management roles in enterprise IT technology vendors
  • Must have strong relationships with Top-Tier VAR's
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to justify how an alliance program would be managed with direct revenue responsibility. Must be articulate selling proposals to senior management.
  • Proactive self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work in an unstructured environment
  • The ability to work across functions to integrate capabilities and analysis from marketing, sales, technical engineering, R & D, operations and finance
  • Financial acumen, to propose terms and analyze potential financial return on Alliance relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or marketing field a plus
