We are currently seeking upbeat, hard-working and well-organized individuals to join our Technical Sales/Support team.
Responsibilities will include:
Becoming a product specialist
Educating potential customers about web site monitoring and Internet security, and the value of AlertSite's products and services
Articulating and differentiating product features in a competitive marketplace
Up-selling the appropriate AlertSite® solution
Overcoming technical and business objections
Becoming an expert on the web performance monitoring and security scanning market
Meeting monthly goals and contributing to team success
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in technical support and customer service, ideally with a major commercial software applications vendor
Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales via telephone
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer applications skills (Windows, Open Office or MS Office, Internet applications and solutions)
Solid understanding of networking and hosted web-based solutions
Ability to calculate figures, multi-task, and solve problems
